Presby holds Inspired Benevolence event to honor generous benefactors

July 06, 2017

Generous benefactors were honored for all they contribute to help ensure the betterment of residents throughout all of Presby’s communities.

Presby’s Inspired Life recently held its annual Inspired Benevolence event to recognize benefactors whose generosity helps to sustain Presby ministry by bettering the lives of all those who live across Presby’s Affordable Housing and Market-rate communities.

Formerly known as The President’s Circle, Inspired Benevolence this year was held at the auditorium at Rydal Park, where guests gathered to hear words from Presby vice president of philanthropy Lynn Johnson-Porter, Kenneth G. McKeown, a member of the Presby Board of Directors and Chairman of Presby’s Philanthropy Advisory Council, and Presby President and CEO Judee Bavaria.

“I am excited to be with you today to thank you for your generosity, which makes such a difference in the delivery of our exceptional care across our communities,” Judee Bavaria said.

“When one visits a Presby community, the impact of philanthropy is noted certainly.”

Guests also heard words from Rosemont resident Joyce Malott, who shared why she and her husband, The Rev. Fred Mallot, have remained loyal benefactors to Presby.
